Haley Hyde (owner) of H-Fit Health and Fitness Studio has lived in Port Macquarie for over 35 years and worked in the Health and Fitness Industry for 23 years. My passion currently and over the past 18 years has been delivering indoor and outdoor group fitness classes and Personal training sessions to many like minded locals and visitors. My qualifications include, Certificate IV in Personal training, Level 3 in Group fitness instruction (pre-choreographed and freestyle), Indoor spin instructor, Level 1 CrossFit coach and Thump boxing trained and Compulsory First Aid.

 

Further to my practical application in the Fitness industry, I have spent the previous 7 years as a Facilitator/Educator on the Certificate III and IV in Fitness course. Delivering  my knowledge, passion and enthusiasm for this amazing industry to many up and coming Personal training students at Port Macquarie Tafe Campus. 

But right now my energy, dedication and passion is all about H - Fit and it’s wonderful members.

            100% SUPERVISION

 

At H- Fit we provide 100% Supervision. Our aim is to ensure you feel safe, confident, comfortable and educated throughout your fitness sessions. 

 

Guidance is offered whilst you train to ensure your technique is on point. This will aid in increased fitness performance and injury prevention. H-Fit  studio has a small personal feel to it. Aimed for those who like to train in smaller, quieter atmosphere.

H - Fit is here to help you achieve your Health and Fitness goals.

            PERSONAL TRAINING

 

I understand staying motivated is hard. Personal training sessions will give you the motivation, encouragement and support you need to achieve your Health and Fitness goals.

 

Personal training sessions are designed and implemented to cater for your personal needs. Including improvements in general health and well being, weight loss, strength gains, cardiovascular fitness, posture, working with and around injury, nutritional advice and confidence. It might be just what you are looking for.

            GROUP FITNESS

 

Group fitness is an environment enjoyed by many. It is motivating, encouraging, supportive and social. H-Fit offers a range of group fitness classes to encourage all fitness levels and age groups to participate in.

 

Group fitness will improve your overall strength and cardiovascular fitness, posture, flexibility, stability, core strength and friendships. Classes are delivered in a functional,creative and fun format.
